Key Advantages
1. Reinforced, heavy-duty frame for high-density and heavyweight fabrics
The frame crossbeams are widened and strengthened, and the beating-up mechanism is enhanced for greater impact force. This makes the loom ideal for DTY high-denier, high-weft-density fabrics such as pongee, polyester taffeta, down-proof cloth, brushed fabric, and thick imitation silk. With high weft density weaving, it effectively minimizes uneven pick spacing and starting marks – this is the JF-822’s biggest strength.
2. High speed ceiling for superior output
The maximum design speed is 1200 rpm. In actual production, plain-weave standard fabrics can run stably at 800–1000 rpm; even four-way stretch and high-density fabrics can maintain 750–850 rpm.
3. Flexible weft insertion system configurations
Supports single-pump or dual-pump versions; optional single, double, triple, or quadruple nozzles; can be equipped with semi-electronic or full-electronic weft feeders.
· The dual-pump version is especially suitable for coarse denier, DTY twisted yarns, and wide-width applications, ensuring stable weft flight and low weft-breakage rates – ideal for mass-production of chemical-fiber gray fabrics for the Indian market.
4. Upgradable configurations for versatile fabric types
· Standard version: mechanical let-off + mechanical take-up – cost-effective for bulk plain-weave production.
· High-end version: electronic let-off + electronic take-up – supports variable weft density, suitable for twill and satin weaves; can also be fitted with cam shedding or dobby heads for small jacquard patterns, offering strong fabric adaptability.
