This model features a new warp feeding tension design, with the advantage being:
1.It saves time, reduces effort, and enhances safety for warp beam operators during beam replacement.
2.The purpose of the tension springs on both left and right sides is to effectively buffer and reduce the force exerted on the warp yarns when the loom reaches 180 degrees—the point where the shedding motion and yarn tension peak. This helps minimize warp breakage and loose selvage issues, thereby improving fabric surface smoothness.
3.The use of a single beam reduces the friction area between the yarns and the roller by half compared to traditional double-beam systems, better protecting the yarn fibers.
